Signs of Spring Journal 8

This weeks signs of spring to me were the NFL draft. The Rams had the first pick of the draft. They chose a QB named Sam Bradford. My favorite team, the Patriots had the 27th pick for the first round. They chose Devin McCourty after trading there spot two times. The Patriots got their pick at 27 by trading with the Broncos from twenty-two to twenty-four. The the Patriots swapped with the cowboy from twenty-four to twenty-seven. I wasn't to happy that the Patriots kept trading to get a later pick. Devin is a corner back which in my opinion is not that bad. Even though he was the 27th pick. Devin Ross though was the best corner back available.

The other signs of spring to me is that April vacation just went by. I had lots of fun during my vacation. Usually my family goes to New Jersey for vacation, but this time my cousins came here. So we played basket ball outside in the nice weather. Also we played my brothers Xbox a lot which was a lot of fun, because my brother never lets me play. Also we went to a party so i got to meet all my friends again because we go to these parties every month. So those are my signs of spring for this week

Signs of Spring Journal 7

This weeks sign of spring is that leaves are now on trees and flowers are now on bushes. This week the little bushed out side my house had flowers, when I came home . They are purple and pick. Also the little trees on my street had white leaves when i came home a few days ago. Also my neighbors trees have little yellow leaves that are still growing. One tree on the side of my street had dark red leaves when i cam home today after school.

Also there are little buds on one of the small trees on the side on my street. They were yellow and circular. So i think they will turn into a bright yellow leaves. Also Spring vacation is two days away so i am hoping we have great weather like we usually do because I always go out during April vacation. So Spring vacation is one of the major things that tell me Spring is here. So those are my signs of spring for this week.

Signs of Spring Journal 6

A Sign of Spring to me this week is it is my Aunt and Uncles anniversary. Their anniversary always reminds me of Spring, because we go to their house and all my cousins come and we play out side in the nice weather. But, this time it rain so we played in the house so it was different. But we always have fun, because all my family members who live near Boston come. Also this time my Aunt from New Jersey came.
Another Sign of Spring to me this week was that when i came home on April 6th i heard a bird. Evan though i could not record it i remember the sound it made was an eeak sound. I still have not been able to identify the bird and i was not able to find where it was. But i am looking on different web sites to find out what type of bird it is. But I was able to find a Robin and get a very nice picture of it.So those are some Signs of Springs to me this week and lets not forget about April vacation that is soon to come.
